Genworth Wealth Management Rebrands As AssetMark

New York-listed Genworth Wealth Management, the investment and consulting
provider for financial advisors, has changed its name to AssetMark. The sale of Genworth Financial Wealth Management to buyers
Acquiline Capital Partners and Genstar Capital was finalized in September after the
deal was officially announced in March. AssetMark organizes its offering around three core
components: investment management, client management and practice management. In the coming months, the firm said it will introduce new
investment solutions and enhance the way it manages client assets. Among other changes at AssetMark is a new name for Genworth
Financial Asset Management, now known as Savos Investments, while Genworth
Trust Company has rebranded as AssetMark Trust Company. AssetMark currently has about $20 billion in assets.
